Crescent Tower, the epitome of architectural excellence with a scope spanning 163,632 m2. This prestigious project involves 116,369 m3 of reinforced concrete, 16,707 tons of reinforcement bars, and 1,672 tons of steel structure.

The Hyde Park Residence consists of 30 buildings with approximately 100,000 m2 of built up area plus 16,000 m2 parking building. Hassan Allam Construction (HAC)'s scope covers complete civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works. The project will be completed in 21 months and will employ over 2,000 people at peak. 

Construction of a sports complex, including landscape and infrastructure works, on a total built up area of 31,380 m2. The project includes an indoor hall with a seating capacity of 7,000 persons, which will host the 2021 World Men’s Handball Championship, as well as an Olympic swimming pool complex, squash and tennis courts.
